International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award
The International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award is an international literary prize, which is awarded annually since 1996 in Dublin for a single literary work. Sponsor of the prize is the American company Improved Management Productivity and Control ( IMPAC ).
On the nomination of the longlist numerous libraries worldwide involved. The winner will be chosen from a shortlist of about 10 books. The prize is endowed with 100,000 euros and thus the most valuable prize for a single work, which is not written in English, however, must be in English.
