International Maritime Rescue Federation

The International Lifeboat Federation (ILF ) is a worldwide alliance of rescue services.

In 2004 it belonged to 89 organizations from 62 countries, including the German Society for Sea Rescue ( GMRS ). Native to the ILF is in Poole in Dorset (UK).
