International Public Partnerships
International Public Partnerships Limited ( INPP ) is a listed closed-end investment fund incorporated under English law, the internationally known as Public Private Partnerships (PPP ), ie, participates in public functions.
Background
International Public Partnerships was launched in November 2006 under the name of Babcock & Brown Public Partnerships by Babcock & Brown and listed on the London Stock Exchange. In the course of the liquidation of Babcock & Brown in June 2009, the renamed International Public Partnerships and the sale of the shares are still in hands of Babcock & Brown; simultaneously took Amber Fund Management of Babcock & Brown managing INPP. Amber has emerged from fund management of the former Babcock & Brown.
Investments
The portfolio includes 50 PPP projects are in areas such as roads, tunnels, railways, schools and public buildings. In Germany INPP is, inter alia, with 49% involved in the private-sector railway company BeNEX.
