Internationales Hochsprung-Meeting Eberstadt

The International High Jump Meeting Eberstadt is a high jump competition, held annually since 1979 in Eberstadt in the district of Heilbronn in Baden- Württemberg.

It ranks among the most important events of its kind in two world records in the high jump were placed in Eberstadt:

  • 2.35 m by Poland Jacek Wszola on May 25, 1980
  • 2.39 m by the Chinese Zhu Jianhua on June 10, 1984

In addition, the Eberfürst Arena saw so far four European records, a new Asian record and 17 national records. Jump only since 2002, women at the event.
