Internet Broadway Database

The Internet Broadway Database ( IBDB ) is an official Internet database of Broadway theater information. There, lists of people, venues and statistics involved find all the productions from the founding of the New York theater until today. In the listing the plays and actors are included which have been awarded the " Tony Award", the theatrical equivalent of the film award "Oscar".

It is maintained by the research department of the " League of American Theatres and Producers", a trade organization for the North American commercial theater community.
