Intersolar

Intersolar is a worldwide exhibition for the solar industry. The motto is " Connecting Solar Business". The first fair was held in 1991 with five exhibitors held in 2011 were 2286 exhibitors registered to around 168,000 m² and 76 783 visitors from 154 countries were registered on the three -day event.

Organizers of Intersolar Europe are Solar Promotion GmbH, Pforzheim and Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Co. KG, which is also the operator of the Messe Freiburg simultaneously. The exhibitions in North America, India and China are organized by the international subsidiaries Solar Promotion International GmbH, Pforzheim and Freiburg Management and Marketing International GmbH ( FMMI).

The global fairs are held each annually. Intersolar Europe guested first time in 2008 on the grounds of the New Munich Trade Fair Centre after the capacity of the Messe Freiburg for the rapidly growing Intersolar were no longer sufficient. In addition to Intersolar Europe, Intersolar North America has already been established in 2008 in San Francisco to life. In 2009, Intersolar India, to be held in Mumbai in 2010 followed. In December 2011, for the first time found the Intersolar China in Beijing and from 18 to 20 September 2013 for the first time in South America, Intersolar South America in São Paulo ( Brazil).
