InterVideo was a manufacturer of software for DVD playback, video recording, DVD authoring, CD / DVD recording and film editing. On August 13, 2005 InterVideo Ulead Systems took over for about 68 million U.S. dollars and announced on 9 July 2006 its merger with Ulead on. The company Corel took over the company InterVideo on 12 December 2006, to round out its product range.
