IPCC First Assessment Report

The First Assessment Report of the IPCC was completed in 1990. He served as a basis for the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention United Nations on Climate Change, UNFCCC). The issued at intervals of five to six years IPCC reports are considered to be " consensus position within the climatological experts " when it comes to the human influence on climate.

The report was published in three sections, corresponding to the three working groups of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change:
