IRAS 19475 3119

IRAS 19475 3119 is a pre- planetary nebula in the constellation Cygnus, about 15,000 light years away. An observation at 0.43 and 0.6 microns with the Hubble Space Telescope shows a quadrupolar structure.

The central star was originally 2.5 solar masses, after the formation of the nebula remain 0.63 solar masses. With a 8,300 -fold luminosity of the sun its distance is 4.9 kpc and estimated the diameter to 58 times the sun.
