Irene Grandi

Irene Grandi ( born December 6, 1969 in Florence) is an Italian singer, composer and film actress.

Career

Since the late 1980s, Irene Grandi was active in the local music scene of Florence. At the national level, she debuted at San Remo Festival in 1994 with the piece Fuori. A little later, she released her first album Irene Grandi, among other things, with songs by Eros Ramazzotti and Jovanotti. Since then reach their albums and singles such regular high chart entries in Italy. Grandi worked with, among others, with Pino Daniele and Vasco Rossi, and was a guest at the music festivals Festivalbar, Pavarotti & Friends as well as the Montreux Jazz Festival. Their debut album from 1994 was released again in Spain in 1998 in an alternate Spanish-language version.
