IrfanView

IrfanView is a freeware program for viewing and on a small scale also for processing images of different formats for the operating system Microsoft Windows platform. The program is named after its coming from Bosnia ( part of the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina) programmers Skiljan Irfan, who has now taken on the Austrian nationality.
