Irina Nikultschina ( Bulgarian Ирина Никулчина; born December 8, 1974 in Razlog ) is a former Bulgarian biathlete.

Irina Nikultschina won at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City bronze in pursuit race.
