Irmgard Lukasser

Irmgard Lukasser - Ebster ( born February 3, 1954 in Assling ) is a former Austrian alpine skier. She was active in the 1970s and went mainly downhill. She is married to the former footballer Norbert Ebster and has three children.

After several Tyrolean and Austrian Youth Champion titles in downhill and giant slalom Lukasser was born on December 7, 1972 for the first time in World Cup Skiing for use; the downhill in Val d'Isere, she finished in third place. In January 1973 followed in Pfronten two more podiums. With several top - 10 finishes, she qualified for the World Cup 1974 World Cup in St. Moritz.

After two more podium finishes in January 1976, she was ahead of the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck in 1976 as Mitfavoritin, reached in the downhill but again only the 12th Place. In 1977, she could deny only a single World Cup race because of an injury. The departure of the 1978 World Cup in Garmisch -Partenkirchen, she finished in ninth place. In February 1979, she announced her departure from the top-level sport.
