Isaac Julien
Isaac Julien ( born February 21, 1960 in London) is a British artist, film producer and high school teachers.
Life
After leaving school, studied Julien painting and film at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, where he graduated in 1984. After graduation, he founded Sankofa Film and Video Collective and 1999 was a founding member of Normal Films. He made several movies in the following years.
Since 2009, Julien has been working as a professor at the Staatliche Hochschule für Gestaltung Karlsruhe.
