Isabelle Caro

Isabelle Caro ( born September 9, 1982 in Paris, † November 17, 2010 ibid ) was a French anorexic, the publicly warned against anorexia. By a photo campaign on the emaciated she posed naked, she was in 2007 in many countries to a wider public.

Life

Caro was the daughter of a teacher and a well-known artist, which it did not recognize. After her graduation she took a master's degree in theater arts. In the same month Isabelle Caro's father sued the hospital in Paris, where his daughter died with involuntary manslaughter. The father justified this by saying that Isabelle did not die of pneumonia, but to neglect.
