Isan (Band)
ISAN (sometimes isan or Isan ) is a two-headed Electronica band from the UK. Originally the band name for Integrated Services Analogue Network and was referring to the acronym ISDN, whereby the preference of the band for analog synthesizer is expressed.
Robin Saville and Antony Ryan met in 1996 in Leicester and have since released several singles and albums (mainly on the Berlin label Morr Music). Saville currently lives in Southend- on-Sea, while Ryan, who is also part of the band Seavault, near Orrefors lives in Sweden. Since the founding of the band, the two musicians have lived in different parts of Europe, working separately and cooperating through the Internet.
