In the Koran and the Islamic tradition, the history Ismail plays an important role. Hagar gave birth to Ismail, as Ibrahim's wife Sarah was not in a position to bear children. After many years Sarah was pregnant with Ishaaq by a miracle of God. After some time, Allah ordered that Ibrahim Ismail and Hagar should send in the desert.
