Isidoro Sota

Isidoro Sota García ( born February 4, 1902 in Orizaba, Veracruz, † in Mexico City) was a Mexican football player on the position of the goalkeeper.

He was a member of the Mexican national football team, and took her part in the first World Cup in 1930. There he was only in the game against Chile for use.

Together with his brothers Ernesto and Jorge Isidoro grew up in the peaceful industrial city of Orizaba, before all made ​​careers in the capital club Club América. For the 1932/33 season Isidoro Sota joined the CF Asturias.
