Iskar Gorge

The Iskar Gorge ( Bulgarian Искърски пролом [ ɪskɤrski pɾoɫom ] or Искърскo дефиле [ ɪskɤrskɔ dəfɪʟə ] ) is a 65 km long gorge in Bulgaria, the Iskar river has formed at its crossing of the Balkan Mountains. Geologically, caused by Antezendenz in the Paleogene of the gorge. It represents one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Bulgaria dar.
