Isla Zacate Grande

The Isla Zacate Grande is an extinct stratovolcano in Honduras, which forms a seven km by ten kilometer island and seven smaller islands today.

The island belongs to the municipality Amapala in the department of Valle.

Accounts for the island seven of the 13 Aldeas (around villages or urban neighborhood ) in the municipality Amapala that are based on the 1.8- km further south island located El Tigre.
