Islamic State of Afghanistan
The Islamic State of Afghanistan ( Pashtun دافغانستان اسلامی دولت, Persian دولت اسلامی افغانستان ) was proclaimed on 28 April 1992 by a run of Sibghatullah Mudschaddidi transitional government in Kabul.
The structure of the state was negotiated by the leaders of the Afghan anti - Soviet parties, supported by the Parcham faction of the Communist Party and formalized on 26 April 1992 in Peshawar Accords.
According to William Maley, the new entity fulfilled by the virtual collapse of state structures in Afghanistan after the end of the run by Mohammed Najibullah government not having the characteristics of a state. The Islamic State of Afghanistan, however, turned to the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in late 2001, the internationally recognized government of Afghanistan, based at the United Nations Represents the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Taliban has only been recognized by Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
