The Isle aux Herbes ( German: "Herb Island" ), also Coffee Iceland, is a north-south direction to four kilometers long and up to 500 meter wide island in the Gulf of Mexico or the Mississippi Sound off the coast of the U.S. state of Alabama.

The island is located two kilometers off the Gulf Coast and Bayou La Batre place. Depending on wind direction, wind speed and height of the tidal range can be located completely under water. Yet little more than two weeks before arrival caused by the sinking of the Deepwater Horizon rig oil spill was attempted in April 2010 to meet the progressive erosion by Sandaufschüttungen and other measures that should serve primarily for coastal protection.
