ISO 3166-2:BQ

ISO 3166-2: BQ is the ISO -3166 -2 standard for the special municipalities of the Netherlands, it contains the codes for the three communities.

The codes are composed of two parts which are separated by a hyphen. The first part indicates the country code according to ISO 3166-1 ( for the special municipalities of the Netherlands BQ ), the second the code for the community.

The towns also each have a ISO -3166 -2 code under the ISO 3166-2 entry: NL for the Netherlands.
