The Isoko language is a edoide language that is spoken in the region Isoko in Nigeria by the people of Isoko.
It is linguistically similar to the language of the neighboring Urhobo Urhobo - people.
Michael A. Marioghae, who worked with Peter Ladefoged in 1962, made a few voice recordings from sample- Isoko words, which were the UCLA phonetics archive made available.
