Isola del Cantone ( Ligurian l' Isöa do Canton or only l' Isöa ) is an Italian commune in the province of Genoa with 1542 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).
Geography
The municipality is located in the valley Scrivia of the Ligurian Apennines at the confluence of the two rivers Vobbia and Scrivia. The northernmost municipality of Liguria is located at a distance of 39 kilometers to the regional capital is Genoa.
