Istanbul Sapphire

Sapphire of Istanbul ( Istanbul Sapphire, or Sapphire short ) is a skyscraper in the Turkish city of Istanbul. It is located in the business district of Levent, with 66 floors and an overall height of 261 meters the tallest building in Turkey. The principal is the Kiler Holding. In the building complex are luxury apartments, a leisure area with a golf course in 165 m height and views of the Bosphorus and a 34,000 -square-foot shopping center. It is the first ecologically built high-rise building and the greenest commercial buildings in Turkey. It is equipped with the latest technology. The double façade construction alone will save 30-35 % energy. In every third floor of a so-called vertical garden is laid.
