István Bujtor

István Bujtor ( born May 5, 1942 in Budapest, † September 25, 2009 ) was a Hungarian actor.

Bujtor graduated 1966, the University of Economics in Budapest. As early as 1963 he was discovered by director Félix Máriássy for a movie. Then he turned to the art of acting, took lessons, first emerged in Győr, at the National Theatre in Pécs in 1975 and came to Budapest, where he was engaged until 1977, the comedy and the Literary Theatre. Since 1978, István Bujtor belongs to the ensemble of actors from Mafilm.

In the eighties he wrote to the movies the classicism Madonna ( The Pagan Madonna, 1981) and Csak semmi Pánik ... ( Do not panic, 1982) scenarios. Bujtor also filmed in the GDR and Czechoslovakia. In 1979 he played the eponymous lead in the multipart European TV co-production Sandorf by Jules Verne. He was Béla Balázs winners.

In his native Hungary István Bujtor 1978 BÜK for the lead role in the feature film! ( Happy New Year! ) Named best male actor.

Private life

The 1.93 m wide Ungar was also active in sports. Motorboat Race and Sports Sailing were popular activities of the actor. In 1972 he was even nominated for the Hungarian Olympic sailing team. He was married to Eszter Perényi and had a son ( Balázs ) and a daughter (Anna ). He was the brother of the rock players Károly Frenreisz and the stepbrother of actor Zoltán Latinovits.
