Isuzu Vietnam
The Isuzu Vietnam Co., Ltd.. , In brief IVC is a manufacturer of commercial vehicles and motor vehicle dealers located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company was founded on 19 October 1995 with a capital of 15 million U.S. dollars as a joint venture. Involved in the work are the Japanese company Isuzu JIDOSHA kk and Itochu Shoji k.k. each with a share of 35 percent. From Vietnam, however, the Saigon Automobile Mechanical Corporation holds a 20 percent and the Govap Import-Export Company with a share of 10 percent in the company.
