It's Easy to Remember (And So Hard to Forget ) is a song by Richard Rodgers with lyrics by Lorenz Hart, which was published in 1935.

The song was written for the movie Mississippi, in the Bing Crosby had a starring role. Crosby took the title on 21 February 1935 with the Orchestra of Georgie Stoll. Within a month was It's Easy to Remember in the U.S. charts, where he led two weeks on the top spot.

Especially the interpretation of Billie Holiday Lady in Satin on their album 1958 the ballad to a jazz standard: John Coltrane took him in 1962 with his quartet on his Ballads album (! On Impulse Records ) on; Keith Jarrett played him twice with his Standards Trio, a (Tribute, At the Deer Head Inn ).
