A nightclub for Sarah Jane ( engl. It All Came True) is an American feature film from 1940 based on the novel Better Than Life by Louis Bromfield.

Action

The gangster and nightclub owner Chips Maguire shoots a man and flees from the police. He hides under the name Grasselli in the board of the mother of his pianist Tommy Taylor. The board, which Mrs. Taylor operates together with her friend Miss Flint, threatens the end because the two ladies their bank debts can not be paid. Maguire settles the debt and makes the old-fashioned board a nightclub with a retro look, where pianist Tommy are the stars of the program with his girlfriend Sarah Jane.
