Italian Dressing

Italian dressing is a salad dressing of modern international cuisine. The basic formulation corresponds to a classic vinaigrette.

For the preparation of mild mustard is stirred with freshly squeezed garlic. This mass is pitched with red wine vinegar and olive oil. The soup is seasoned with salt, pepper and a little sugar. At the end of freshly chopped herbs such as basil and oregano are added.
