Itbayat Iceland is the name of an island in the province of Batanes in the Philippines. It belongs to the archipelago of the Batan Islands and is located about 290 km off the north coast of the island of Luzon, in the Luzon Strait. The island has an area of ​​approximately 92.9 km ² and is managed by the homonymous municipality Itbayat.

Itbayat Iceland is the largest of the Batanes Islands and has an elongated oval shape with a length of 19 km and a width of 6 km. It consists almost entirely of coral stone. The coastline of the island is dominated by steep rocky cliffs and small shallow bays.
