ITI Group

The ITI Group ( International Trading and Investments Holdings SA Luxembourg ) is a Polish media group, founded by Jan Wejchert and Mariusz Walter in 1984. At that license the import and distribution of films on video cassettes were approved. ITI was regarded as the first private media companies in the People's Republic of Poland. Since 24 July 2008, it is listed under the name of holding media entertainment on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The President of the ITI Group is Wojciech Kostrzewa ( who is also a Director), Vice- President are Mariusz Walter and Bruno Valsangiacomo.
