Itzespitze

The " Itzespitze " is a survey on the L121 between Aukrug and Hennstedt ( Steinburg ). It is equipped with a height of 83.4 m, the highest peak in the district of Steinburg and in Akrug Nature Park.

Origin of the name

The previously unnamed collection was named after the press and television in 1998 humorously reported a first ascent of the highest point in the district of Steinburg by members of the German Alpine Club, where a summit cross and a climbing aid were attached.
