IUVENTA Michalovce

IUVENTA Michalovce is a Slovak women's handball club from the eastern Slovak town of Michalovce.

The women played since season 1993/94 to 1996/97 and after one-year break in seasons 1998 /99 - 2001/ 02 in the first Slovakian league. In 2002 bought the joint Czech -Slovak League, officially named Women Handball League ( auszüglich Whil or Inter League ) and Iuventa Michalovce plays since then regularly throughout the year in this competition. Iuventa was six times champion of Slovakia (2002/ 03, 2005/ 06, 2006/ 07, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012 /13).

In European trophies the women of Iuventa playing since season 2003/04. In 2003/ 04, 2006/ 07, 2007/ 08, 2011 /12 and 2012/13 they played in the qualifying rounds of the EHF Women's Champions League.
