IV is the fourth studio album by the American rock band Godsmack. It was published on 19 May 2006 on Republic Records and reached number one on the U.S. album charts. The album was awarded in the United States with a gold record.

Formation

Before the band with the work of the album started by singer Sully Erna lived a hard time. His relationship was in danger, he had to deal with a lawsuit because of his house and had serious alcohol problems.
