Ivar Stukolkin

Ivar Stukolkin ( born August 13, 1960 in Tallinn) is a former Soviet swimmer Estonian origin.

During his studies in Leningrad launched Stukolkin for Spartak Leningrad, before and after for Kalev Tallinn. On March 8, 1980, he presented with the Soviet 4-by- 200-meter freestyle relay, which still consisted of Sergei Kopljakow, Alexei and Andrei Krylov Filinow besides him, a new European record.
