Izu Azuka

Izu Azuka ( born May 24, 1989 in Ibadan ) is a Nigerian football player who plays for Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor.

Career

Association

Azuka began with the professional football for the Nigerian club Sharks FC and played here until the year 2008. Afterwards he changed to Algerian club JS Kabylie. He left this club after two years towards al -Ittihad. After the outbreak of the Arab Spring Azuka left Libya and returned to Nigeria. He then played for Sunshine Stars FC.

In summer 2012, he joined the Tunisian club Espérance Sportive de Tunis and was loaned directly to Club Sportif de Hammam -Lif.

In the summer transfer window 2013 Azuka hired the Turkish second division Kahramanmarasspor.

National

Azuka played from 2011 for the Nigerian U-23 national team and from 2013 for the Nigerian national team.
