Jack Watson (actor)
Jack Watson ( born May 15, 1915 in Thorney, Cambridgeshire, England; † July 4, 1999 in Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, England ) was a British actor.
Life and work
Jack Watson, the son of vaudeville artist Nosmo King, began his career as an actor at the age of 16 years in music halls. Over the 1950s he received sporadic film roles in the 1960s and 1970s, the actor with the angular face was a striking appearance in the British cinema. He was almost exclusively seen in action, war and crime films, where he represented silent, enduring comrades, soldiers or police inspectors.
