Jacob Lekgetho

Jacob " Bobo " Lekgetho ( born March 24, 1974 in Soweto, † September 9, 2008 in Johannesburg) was a South African football player.

He played in his career, among other things, for Moroka Swallows and Lokomotiv Moscow. With Moscow, he participated in the Champions League 2003/2004 part. A total of four years, the defender for locomotive was active. On 9 September 2008 Lekgetho died after a long illness.

National

With the South African national team, he participated in Japan and South Korea at the 2002 World Cup. There he came only in the preliminary round match against Spain for use and could not prevent the departure of his team in the group stage.
