Jacob Vrel

Jacobus V rel ( worked about 1654-1662 ) was a probably Dutch, Flemish or Westphalian painter of interiors and street scenes.

Probably Flemish or Westphalian origin, and was mainly active in the Netherlands. His paintings are characterized by feintonige colors, provide a modest reticence and silence from. Previously regarded many of his paintings as works of Jan Vermeer van Delft, Pieter de Hooch, Pieter Janssens or Isaac Koedijck. Pictures of Jacobus Vrel are very rare.
