Jacobi is an impact crater in the southern lunar front side, south of the crater Cuvier and northeast of Zach. The crater is eroded, the interior up to a group of smaller craters largely flat.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the German mathematician Carl Gustav Jacob Jacobi.
