Jacques Plein

Jacques Plein (born 17 February 1987) is a Luxembourgian football player. He plays since 2011 with FC Progres Niederkorn in the first Luxembourg League and since 2009 for the National Team of Luxembourg.

Career

Plein is taken from the work of junior AS Hosingen and Luxembourg first division Etzella Ettelbrück. For the season 2004 /05 he was brought into the squad for the first team and came in his first season to seven games in the Luxembourg Championship. In 2009 he was brought for the first time in the national team. For the Luxembourg national football team, he completed so far two games in which he remained goalless. He made his debut on 28 March 2009 in the 0-4 defeat against Latvia. His second international game, he completed on 25 March 2011 against France, as Luxembourg lost with 0:2 and Plein came on in the 90th minute.
