Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

The Yulong Xueshan (Chinese玉龙 雪山/玉龙 雪山, Pinyin Yulongxue Shān, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ' ) is a mountain massif, near Lijiang in the northwest of Yunnan Province in the People's Republic of China. The highest peak is 5596 meters high Shanzidou (扇子 陡). One side of the massif forms one edge of the Tiger Leaping Gorge (虎跳峡).

The Shanzidou has been climbed only once on May 8, 1987 an American expedition.
