Jaguar Wright

Jaguar Wright ( born 1977 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, real name Jacquelyn Wright) is an American Contemporary R & B and jazz singer.

Biography

Wright grew up in a Christian family in which no popular music was played. In 1993 she had her first child, married and became a mother for the second time in 2002.

Wright began her musical career with the hip - hop group Philly Blunts. Subsequently, she worked as a background singer until she started her solo career in 1999. Initial successes they achieved on a tour with the band The Roots. In 2002 the debut album Denials, Delusions and Decisions, which was a neo- soul album with jazzy and funky influences appeared. Three years later, Divorcing Neo 2 Marry Soul appeared. In 2009 she released the song Beautiful and Surely Shawty available as free downloads on the Internet.
