Jaime Alfonso Ruiz

Jaime Alfonso Ruiz ( born January 3, 1984 in Cali ) is a Colombian football player. The striker currently plays for the Belgian Erstdivisionär KVC Westerlo.

Ruiz played between 2003 and 2008 for various clubs in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, as from 2003 to 2005 for the Colombian second division Cortuluá, 2005 for the Ecuadorian club Sociedad Deportiva Aucas, 2005 for the Colombian first division team Deportivo Pasto, 2006 for the Peruvian first division Cienciano del Cuzco and 2007-2008 for the Peruvian first division club Alianza Atlético Sullana.

2008 Ruiz moved to Belgium for KVC Westerlo. In the 2008/2009 season pass him 17 goals (according to another source 18 ), making him the top scorer of the Jupiler Pro League. His contract with Westerlo runs until 2011.
