Jaime Sánchez Fernández

Jaime Sánchez Fernández ( born March 20, 1973 in Madrid ) is a former Spanish footballer.

Jaime Sánchez Fernández played from 1994 to 1996, first for the second team of Real Madrid before he in 1996/97 a season for Racing de Santander in the Primera División played. In 1997 he returned to Madrid and played until 1999 for the first team of Real. His greatest sporting achievements was winning the Champions League in 1998 with Real Madrid. In the 1-0 win in the final against Juventus he came on in the 82nd minute. In 1999 he moved to Deportivo La Coruna, with whom in 2000 he was Spanish champion. 2001/2002 was followed by a trip to CD Tenerife.

From the 2004/2005 season he played in the Primera División for Albacete Balompie, then for Racing Club de Ferrol División until mid-2006 in the Spanish Segunda. He has since ended his active career and acquires in his adopted home of A Coruña, the Spanish sports teacher's diploma.
