Jakob Bender
Jacob Bender ( born March 23, 1910 in Dusseldorf, † February 8, 1981 ) was a German football player who has won in the game year 1932/33, with his club Fortuna Dusseldorf, the German championship. He played as a defender from 1933 to 1935 in the German national football team and finished with the team at the World Cup in Italy in 1934 to third place.
Career
He played until 1927 for Alemannia 08 Dusseldorf, then moved to Fortuna Dusseldorf and was with the Fortuna in the 1928/29 season in the West German championship behind FC Schalke 04 and Meidericher SV third parties and thus first attracted to the German football championship in the final round one.
