Jamaal Torrance

Jamaal Torrance ( born July 20, 1983 in Orlando, Florida) is an American sprinter who specialized route is the 400-meter distance.

At the Pan American Games in 2007 in Rio de Janeiro, he was seventh in the individual competition and won silver with the U.S. team in the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

In 2008, he took in the World Indoor Championships in Valencia with the U.S. relay gold over 4 meters by 400 meters. At the World Indoor Championships in Doha in 2010, he defended the U.S. team the season title and won the individual competition bronze. At the World Championships 2011 he was employed in the lead in the U.S. relay team that won gold in the final then.
