James Best
James Best ( born July 26, 1926 in Powderly, Kentucky as Jules Guy ) is an American actor.
Life
After his mother died in 1929, he was adopted by poor and Essa Best of Corydon, Indiana.
The beginning of James Best's career as an actor turned his role in the Western "One way street" dar. Thereafter he worked until today in more than 600 film and television productions. He gained particular notoriety for his role as a slightly goofy Sheriff ' Rosco P. Coltrane " in the television series " The Dukes of Hazzard ".
James Best currently lives in Florida, where he except as an actor and as a teacher and lecturer ( primarily acting classes ) works.
He has two daughters and a son.
